How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We dispatch orders Monday to Wednesday and aim to dispatch any order received by 10am on the same day. Any orders received after 10am on Wednesday will be dispatched the following week. Your order will be delivered in 1-2 days after dispatch.

What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
We recommend that you have your Butterbings delivered to a location where someone can look after them – like an office or workplace. If no one is home to receive your delivery it will be attempted to be left in a safe place. If this can't be done, you will be notified as to where your package can be collected from. Butterbings are temperature-sensitive. All packages are sent with thermal liners and ice packs to manage any heat exposure as much as possible.
