Delivery/Shipping Questions

Where do you deliver?

Butterbings are shipped to most locations around Australia.  If you would like to arrange a delivery to a suburb that isn’t included on the list below please contact our Customer Care team and if possible, we will provide a custom quote for you.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We dispatch orders Monday to Wednesday and aim to dispatch any order received by 10am on the same day. Any orders received after 10am on Wednesday will be dispatched the following week. Your order will be delivered in 1-2 days after dispatch. 

What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

We recommend that you have your Butterbings delivered to a location where someone can look after them – like an office or workplace. If no one is home to receive your delivery it will be attempted to be left in a safe place. If this can't be done, you will be notified as to where your package can be collected from. 

Butterbings are temperature-sensitive. All packages are sent with thermal liners and ice packs to manage any heat exposure as much as possible. 

My item arrived damaged! What can I do now?

Oh no! Please reach out to hello@butterbing.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will quickly find a resolution.

We offer flat rate express shipping for $15

Where are Butterbings made?

All our cookies are meticulously made by our baking team at Butterbing HQ in Melbourne.

Storage instructions and Shelf Life

Freeze them on arrival for up to 12 weeks. Otherwise they have a 5 day shelf-life in the fridge. We recommend eating your Butterbings at room temperature for the best taste and texture.

Allergy & Ingredients

What are the ingredients in the cookies?

You can see all the ingredients in our cookie on the individual product pages. Each box also contains nutritional information. 

Are Butterbings Halal?

No, Butterbings are not Halal certified as they contain Vanilla Extract

Are Butterbings gluten-free?

Yes. None of our cookies have any gluten containing ingredients and we are actively in the process to get a gluten free certification.

Are Butterbings nut-free?

Trace amounts of nuts may be present in all flavours. The brownie cookie recipe does not use nuts, but some of our buttercream recipes do. Nuts are present in our kitchen, particularly peanuts and hazelnuts.

Do Butterbings contain raw eggs?

No. All eggs used in Butterbings are cooked.

Dietary restrictions

If you have a specific ingredient concern, please let us know and we can advise if the product contains the ingredient and also offer you alternative products that may suit your needs better.

How do I place an order?

All direct to consumer orders and payments are processed via our website. If you are a wholesaler looking to stock Butterbings, please reach out to hello@butterbing.com.au for more information. 

Has my order gone through successfully?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and an order number. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
