Where can I buy Butterbings?
Butterbings are stocked at cafes and specialty coffee venues all over Australia. Check out our stockist map to find your nearest ones. If you’re hunting for a particular flavour just contact our team.
Can I order cookies directly?
Yes. If you would like to order directly instead of visiting one of our cafes, we can ship cookies directly to you.
We ship in cartons of 48 cookies and need at least 7 days notice. Call us on 1300 796 652, or email [email protected] or fill in our contact form so we can chat to you directly and prepare a quote.
We no longer sell gift-packs or Butterbooms (1.5kg cake-style brownie cookie sandwiches).
Can I order a Butterboom? (1.5kg cake-style brownie cookie sandwiches).
No. In May 2019 we made the decision to close our online store, and focus on our wholesale Butterbing ranges only.
How far do you ship?
We can reach most areas of Australia.
Can I order through one of your cafe stockists?
Maybe? We honestly haven’t explored this idea much. It doesn’t hurt to ask.
Are your products certified gluten-free, nut-free?
We produce a variety of products in our kitchen, including items that contain dairy, eggs and nuts. We do not produce any other products that contain gluten. We follow HACCP food safety standards, which includes highly-considered ingredient storage and thorough wash-downs between production runs.
While we’re not certified ‘free’ of any ingredient, but we’re working on it! We’re happy to answer any questions you have regarding our procedures.
Do you make any vegan cookies?
Yes! We’re excited to announce that as of May 2019, you’ll be able to get our new vegan Butterbing cookies in participating cafes.
Does your product contain raw egg?
No. We don’t use raw eggs in our buttercreams. There are eggs in our original range of cookies, but they’re baked.
Do you use free range eggs?
Are any of your products nut free?
Yes, some of our flavours are nut free. Check individual flavour listings to check ingredients and allergen information. Please note, our nut free products are produced in a kitchen where nuts are present.
Are Butterbings vegetarian?
Yes, and as of May 2019, we also have some vegan flavours.
How should I store Butterbings?
If you purchased them from a cafe, you should keep them airtight, refrigerated and consume within a few days.
Where is the Butterbing factory? Can I come visit?
We’re located in Dandenong, Victoria, however our kitchen is closed to the public.
Do you supply Butterbings wholesale?
Yes. We are a wholesale bakery and cafes and coffee shop supplier. We can ship to most places in Australia. Contact us for more information.
